    We recommend that you purchase one core text from a choice of three (see below) and one statue book. Of the core textbooks, the book by Virgo is the more detailed and analytically rigorous of the texts. The book by Watt is a simpler introductory text suitable for those who feel they may struggle with a technical doctrinal subject. The book by Haley & McMurtry is somewhere in between Virgo and Watt. It offers a clear but less sophisticated exposition and analysis of the law of trusts than Virgo but a little more detail than Watt. While different in terms of approach and complexity, any one of the books is suitable for the module.
    1. The principles of equity & trusts - Graham Virgo 2016

    4. Blackstone's statutes on property law, 2017-2018 - Meryl Thomas 2017

      Book Suggested for student purchase You should purchase this text although you may already have it from your Land Law module.
